Your included roundtrip tickets will whisk you to the heart of Stockholm in just 20 minutes. Upon arrival, you'll check into our comfortable accommodations and have some time to rest and relax or explore the area at your leisure. You'll also receive your unlimited Stockholm travel card, granting you access to the city's efficient network of subways, trams, buses, and ferries, as well as your Stockholm Pride wristbands, which will be your key to Pride Park and Pride House throughout the weekend. It's the perfect opportunity to connect with your fellow travelers and toast to an unforgettable trip.
Day 2: July 31, 2025 - From Vasa Kings to Dancing Queens: Royal Grandeur & Queer History
Day two is packed with exploration and celebration. The morning begins with a guided walking tour of Gamla Stan, Stockholm's captivating Old Town. We'll then step inside the magnificent Royal Palace for a private, queer-focused tour of the opulent apartments, offering a unique glimpse into Swedish royalty. No visit to Sweden is complete without fika, so we'll pause for this cherished tradition with coffee and delicious cinnamon buns at the charming Chokladkoppen. A scenic ferry ride will then transport us to the beautiful island of Royal Djurgarden.
The afternoon is dedicated to two of Stockholm's most popular attractions: the impressive Vasa Museum, showcasing a remarkably preserved 17th-century warship, and the fun and interactive ABBA Museum, celebrating the legendary Swedish pop group.
The evening is yours to enjoy at leisure, but the real party is happening in Pride Park! Join the enthusiastic Swedish schlager fans for the annual Schlagerkvällen. This uniquely Swedish queer event features the biggest pop stars in the country performing their catchy Europop anthems. It's the most popular night at Pride Park, drawing fans from all over Sweden to kick off the Pride weekend. The city's bars and clubs will also be filled with schlager music, creating a festive atmosphere throughout Stockholm. For those wanting to keep the party going, we'll arrange tickets and VIP access to Moxy, the iconic queer women’s nightclub, promising a fantastic end to the day.
Day 3: August 1, 2025 - On The Water
Day three offers a delightful blend of relaxation, scenic beauty, and royal history. Enjoy a leisurely morning before embarking on a picturesque journey across Lake Mälaren to Drottningsholm Palace. We'll board a Stromma boat at noon for a one-hour cruise, offering stunning views of the surrounding landscape (note: this is a public boat with other passengers, and lunch is not included, but there's a café onboard). Upon arrival at Drottningsholm, the residence of the Swedish royal family, we'll have a private tour of the palace and its exquisite Chinese Pavilion, delving into the fascinating history and artistry of this UNESCO World Heritage site. A comfortable transfer will bring us back to Stockholm in the late afternoon, leaving you free to relax or explore at your own pace. In the evening, the vibrant energy of Pride Park continues, with a main stage featuring a surprise performance by a major Swedish act. Past performers have included Icona Pop, Mabel, Loreen, and Agnes, so expect a thrilling show!
Day 4: August 2, 2025 - Pride Day
Day four is all about celebrating Pride! Enjoy a leisurely morning before we gather for a festive Pride Brunch at the historic Hotel Skeppsholmen, beautifully situated on its own island in the city center. This is the perfect way to fuel up for the exciting day ahead. After brunch, we'll take a short walk to the Stockholm Pride Parade route, where we'll secure a prime spot to watch the vibrant procession. Don your most colorful attire, grab your Pride flags, and get ready to march alongside the floats and revelers, joining the joyous celebration of love and equality. The afternoon will be spent immersed in the electric atmosphere of Pride Park, exploring the diverse stalls, enjoying live performances, and connecting with fellow members of the LGBTQ+ community from around the world. As the evening descends, the party continues! Feel free to explore at your leisure, dance the night away at the silent disco in Pride Park, catch the main stage performances, and close out the night at the official Pride closing party or a similar event (details to be confirmed). It's a day and night to embrace the spirit of Pride and create unforgettable memories.
Day 5: August 3, 2025 - Relax & Farewell
Day five offers a relaxed and reflective conclusion to our Stockholm adventure. Enjoy a leisurely morning to sleep in, do some souvenir shopping, or explore any corners of the city you haven't yet discovered. In the late afternoon, we'll gather at Mälarpaviljongen, a beautiful, queer-owned floating haven on the water.
Malarpaviljongen's commitment to the LGBTQ+ community extends far beyond its role as a bar and restaurant. Its owners are co-founders of the Rainbow Foundation, a vital organization that generates significant funds for LGBTQ+ first response initiatives across Europe and Africa. Notably, the foundation established the first safe house in Chechnya, providing refuge for those fleeing persecution. By offering a selection of beverages that directly support the foundation, Malarpaviljongen enables patrons to contribute to global LGBTQ+ support simply by enjoying their time there. Malarpaviljongen also operates a dedicated queer asylum seeker program, offering employment and training to LGBTQ+ individuals seeking asylum in Sweden. This program facilitates their integration into Swedish society by providing valuable work experience and language practice.
Afterward, we’ll head inside Malarpaviljongen Bakfickan for dinner. We'll have a reserved area for our group, complete with welcome drinks to spark conversation and laughter. Feel free to linger, soak up the atmosphere, and enjoy additional food and drinks from their menu at your own pace. It's a wonderful opportunity to connect with your fellow travelers one last time and savor the memories of our Stockholm Pride getaway.
Day 6: August 4, 2025 - Departures
